Requirements
- Strong Kanban program experience in high-volume environments (mandatory)
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in Cloud platforms
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in Network engineering
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in Infrastructure / hardware systems
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts with engineering teams
- Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills
- Growth mindset with ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice To Haves
- Scrum experience alone is not sufficient
- Strong technical background, particularly in cloud and infrastructure domains
- Thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage delivery using Kanban methodology (not Scrum) for high-throughput, operational teams
- Facilitate Kanban ceremonies including replenishment, flow reviews, and retrospectives
- Track and improve flow metrics (WIP, cycle time, throughput, lead time)
- Partner closely with cloud, network, and infrastructure engineers to remove blockers
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Coach teams on Kanban best practices and flow optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage incoming work effectively
