About The Position

Peraton seeks an Agile Lead / Scrum Master to support the Department of Defense Cyber Defense Command (DCDC) with DCO AI Cyber Security Support. In this role, you will facilitate Agile development practices across DCDC teams, serving as Scrum Master and coordinating sprint activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. Will consider HS+12 years of experience.
• Must have Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master™ Certification (PSM) or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Scrum Master certification
• Experience as Scrum Master
• Strong Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge
• Facilitation and coaching skills
• Knowledge of Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Strong communication abilities
• U.S Citizenship required
• DoD TS with ability to obtain/maintain SCI clearance
