Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service
  • 0–3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or marketing
  • 0–2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
  • Bilingual in English and Korean (required)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout composition
  • Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work required
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Target Plus, or similar platforms a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Interest in K-beauty and consumer products
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar
  • Strong writing skills with attention to tone and brand voice
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing and performance analysis
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (marketing, communications, design, etc.)
  • Genuine passion for K-beauty, skincare, or the beauty industry
  • Creative, curious, and eager to learn
  • Basic familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
  • Strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
  • Experience with Figma or Canva a plus

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell K-beauty products to retail clients and generate sales
  • Conduct door-to-door sales visits and encourage store sign-ups
  • Recommend in-demand and trending brands and products to clients
  • Manage inquiries, process orders, and maintain strong client relationships
  • Track leads, follow up on opportunities, and secure new accounts
  • Gather market insights from store personnel on high-demand brands
  • Forecast inventory needs and track customer order cycles
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Design marketing materials for digital and print across multiple K-beauty brands
  • Create social media graphics, promotional assets, and campaign visuals
  • Support packaging, label, and retail display design as needed
  • Maintain brand consistency and visual identity guidelines across all channels
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to bring creative concepts to life
  • Edit and retouch product photography for e-commerce and social use
  • Manage product listings, content, and imagery across e-commerce platforms
  • Monitor product performance, reviews, and rankings and identify improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate with brand partners on product updates, launches, and promotions
  • Support digital shelf optimization including SEO, copy, and A+ content
  • Track inventory levels and flag replenishment needs
  • Compile weekly performance reports and share insights with the team
  • Plan, write, and execute email marketing campaigns across our brand portfolio
  • Build and manage email flows including welcome series, product launches, and promotions
  • Segment audiences and personalize messaging to improve relevance and performance
  • Track key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and optimize based on results
  • Collaborate with designers to produce on-brand email creative
  • Stay current on email marketing best practices and beauty industry trends
  • Support social media content creation across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Assist with campaign coordination and marketing materials
  • Help track and report on social and digital performance metrics
  • Research K-beauty trends, competitors, and influencer opportunities
  • Support brand activations and event marketing as needed
  • Contribute ideas and creative thinking in team brainstorms
