This position is for the 2026-2027 academic year. The K-5 Math Interventionist will work with individual students or small groups to provide educational interventions and progress monitoring. This role involves utilizing an identification rubric to target specific students needing focused, short-term intervention beyond standard campus support. The interventionist will set performance goals based on assessment data, develop targeted lessons, and provide high-quality general education instruction in reading, writing, and/or mathematics. A key responsibility is developing and maintaining an intervention schedule, keeping detailed records of interventions and progress monitoring to ensure fidelity. Collaboration with teachers to align intervention lessons with classroom curriculum, and communication with staff, network personnel, and parents regarding student progress are essential. The role also includes evaluating student progress and potentially providing supplemental intervention services to bilingual students. Additional duties may be assigned by the school's principal and/or Instructional Coach.
