About The Position
This position is for a K-5 Elementary Teacher, currently assigned to 4th Grade, at Tonopah Elementary School. The role involves planning, organizing, and implementing an appropriate instructional program to prepare students for informed and engaged citizenship in a global society. The position is for 150 days, with 8.5 hours per day, funded by the General Fund. The salary range is $51,323-$103,407.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Valid Nevada Teaching License
- Valid Nevada Driver's License
- CPR/First Aid/AED Certification is required for physical education, special education, and career & technical education teaching assignments
- Successful candidate must complete a thorough background check
- Successful candidate must pass mandatory pre-employment drug & alcohol testing.
