K-4 Paraprofessional
About The Position
Hillel Torah North Suburban Day School, located in Skokie, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time paraprofessional to join our Student Services team for the 2026–2027 school year. The paraprofessional will provide direct 1:1 support to students with academic and behavioral needs throughout the school day, including support with classroom participation, behavioral interventions, social interactions, and academic engagement. The paraprofessional will collaborate with teachers, clinicians, and administrators to implement student support strategies, monitor progress, and help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate is warm and patient, and brings a creative and intuitive approach to supporting student growth. This position is a great opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in education, social work, psychology, or behavioral therapy.
