Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to lead a classroom and provide vital support for the 2026-2027 school year. Deliver specialized, structured instruction to elementary-aged students (Grades K-2) within a dedicated structured classroom environment. Manage a caseload by developing, implementing, and tracking Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), monitoring student progress, and facilitating multidisciplinary team meetings. Create a highly structured, supportive environment tailored to meeting the unique behavioral, emotional, and academic needs of young learners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education or equivalent
- Valid Arizona Special Education Teaching Certification (Alternative certifications cannot be accepted for this role)
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card and a valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities
