K-12 and SAT in person Tutor
About The Position
Smart Thinkers LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced K–12 & SAT Tutor to join our growing team! We are seeking an enthusiastic educator who enjoys working one-on-one with students, can adapt instruction to individual learning needs, and is comfortable tutoring across multiple grade levels. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling based on student availability. Evening and weekend availability is a plus. Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and subject area. Smart Thinkers LLC is a small, student-focused tutoring company dedicated to helping students strengthen their academic skills, build confidence, and reach their goals.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience
- Comfortable tutoring students in K–12
- Able to provide SAT preparation
- Strong knowledge of academic content, particularly Math and/or ELA
- Patient, dependable, and encouraging
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable providing individualized instruction
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Professional and reliable
