About The Position

Child Focus is seeking a compassionate Juvenile Court Mental Health Therapist to provide intensive, community-based mental health services to adolescents ages 12–19 involved with the Clermont County Juvenile Court. Our therapists work alongside families to address mental health needs, strengthen family relationships, and help youth remain safely at home whenever possible. With small caseloads, flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and opportunities for professional growth, you'll have the time and resources to make a lasting impact in the lives of the families you serve.

Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT (Ohio licensure required)

Responsibilities

Provide individual and family therapy for youth ages 12–19
Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based mental health treatment
Respond to crises and develop safety and stabilization plans
Teach coping, emotional regulation, and independent living skills
Coordinate care with juvenile court staff, schools, medical providers, and community partners
Connect families with community resources and supportive services
Complete timely clinical documentation and treatment planning
