Requirements

• Must be 21+ (for insurance purposes) or close to turning 21.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (last 3 years) or close to.
• Positive, friendly demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with metrics and goals
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs+ repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Kick off each shift at our Clinton location, where you’ll team up with fellow drivers and tackle your service routes for the day.
• Provide quotes and Remove 50 plus lbs of unwanted items
• Drive our iconic blue trucks to visit customers, providing top-notch junk removal services that leave them smiling.
• Use your customer service skills to enhance the customer experience and help us achieve our daily goals.
• Responsibly dispose of items through our recycling, donation, and waste management channels.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities.
