Junk Removal Specialist
About The Position
Join our Field Sales & Service Team and help us deliver exceptional customer moments and powerful service experiences. We're Southwind— the highest-performing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group — built on integrity, accountability, and investing in people. This is a full-time role where you will be driving company trucks along assigned routes, meeting customers face-to-face, providing on-the-spot estimates and closing sales, removing and responsibly disposing of unwanted items, and staying active and lifting 50+ lbs throughout the day. You will work alongside a Truck Team Partner to deliver fast, friendly, professional service while maximizing daily performance opportunities. We offer paid training in sales, customer service, marketing, and leadership, with opportunities for career growth into management roles. Requirements
- High-energy, outgoing personality
- Strong work ethic and competitive mindset
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working weekday and weekend shifts
- 21+ years of age
- Great Attitude: A positive mindset and eagerness to help others.

- Goal-Oriented: Driven and motivated to achieve goals.
- Physical Fitness: Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
- Effective Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- Previous customer service, driving, and general labor experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Driving company trucks along assigned routes
