As a Field Sales & Service Representative, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job. No prior junk removal experience required — we train you. Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

- DOT Medical Certification: A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
- Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week

Responsibilities
- Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
- Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
- Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
- Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
- Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
- Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
Benefits
- Base wage $15.50/hr.
- $20-$26/hr+ (Total Compensation including base pay, tips and bonus)
