About The Position

Join 1-800-GOT-JUNK?'s Field Sales & Service Team in Riviera Beach, Florida, serving the greater Palm Beach territory. The role combines customer service, sales, and physical junk removal work. Team members explain services and pricing, identify sales opportunities, and remove unwanted items from homes and businesses while representing the brand professionally. The position offers a base rate of $15 per hour plus profit share and tips, averaging $23–$30 per hour or more. It is full-time, with a five-day schedule consisting of four weekdays and one weekend day. No junk removal experience is required; paid training is provided, with opportunities to advance into sales, leadership, and operations.

Requirements

• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
