About The Position
We’re looking for a Junior Web Developer Intern ready to jump in and contribute from day one. This is not a shadowing role—you’ll work alongside our Webmaster and marketing team on live enterprise websites, supporting key initiatives that drive business growth. If you're eager to apply your technical skills in a real production environment and build a strong portfolio, this is a unique opportunity to do just that.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in: Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Basic knowledge of: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- PHP (Laravel a plus)
- Familiarity with APIs and web forms/data handling
- Interest in SEO and web performance optimization
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work on-site in Dayton, NJ
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on large-scale website enhancements (UX, performance, scalability)
- Develop responsive web components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Support backend development tasks within Laravel-based applications
- Assist with API integrations and marketing automation workflows
- Debug and resolve front-end and back-end issues
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device QA testing
- Contribute to SEO, site speed, and accessibility improvements
- Support website analytics and performance reporting
