About The Position
We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Video Editor to join our remote team. As a Junior Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content for our online training courses. This is a full-time, remote position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in video editing and production
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, audio, and camera operation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for storytelling and creating engaging video content
Nice To Haves
- Experience with animation and motion graphics is a plus
Responsibilities
- Edit and produce video content for our online training courses using industry-standard software
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure video content meets the learning objectives and standards of the course
- Manage and organize video assets and maintain a library of raw footage and completed projects
- Ensure videos are of high quality and meet brand standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve video production processes
