About The Position

We are looking for a Junior VBA / Process & Project Support Engineer to support project teams with external resource coordination, process management, reporting, and internal tools. The position combines Excel/VBA automation, Power BI, process improvement, and project coordination, with regular interaction with managers, internal teams, and external service providers.

• General understanding of process management and improvement methodologies: SIPOC, RACI / RASI, Lessons Learned
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools

Nice To Haves

• First experience through internship or academic projects in VBA, Power BI, Data or Process Management
• Knowledge of project management fundamentals
• Experience with reporting and KPI monitoring
• Familiarity with ALM or similar project management tools

Responsibilities

• Support the administrative management of external service providers: building access, GEDEX, licenses, SA and tool access
• Coordinate and monitor monthly activities related to external resources
• Prepare and maintain project tracking files and dashboards
• Formalize, document and communicate internal processes
• Support teams in the deployment of new tools and processes, such as ALM
• Use internal tools according to managers' needs, including Proforma, xIL Website, and other platforms
• Develop and maintain Excel macros / VBA tools to automate recurring activities
• Support reporting and data visualization activities using Power BI
• Explore the use of AI tools to improve productivity and automate processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
