About The Position

As a high-growth, entrepreneurial company, we’re looking for a motivated Junior Transaction Coordinator to support the transaction process from intake to close while learning the business and growing within the team.

Requirements

Experience in mortgage, real estate, finance, or a related field (or a strong interest in the industry) is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Excellent communication and willingness to work with clients and internal teams
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
Demonstrate a high level of adaptability

Nice To Haves

Exposure to loan origination, processing, or customer-facing/customer service roles is a plus

Responsibilities

Support the transaction lifecycle from initial client engagement through closing
Assist as a point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and timely updates throughout the process
Learn how to review and structure deals involving fractional home equity sales
Help collect and organize customer documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Work closely with the operations team to close transactions
Identify potential issues and escalate them to keep files on track
Maintain organization across files and support pipeline tracking to ensure closing timelines are met
