Junior Tennis Director
About The Position
The Junior Tennis Director is the captain of fun, energy, and engagement for our junior program (ages 3–18), creating a welcoming, social environment where kids are excited to play and improve. In this role, you’ll lead coaching and programming on court while building strong relationships with families, driving program growth through outreach, and bringing the courts to life with events, tournaments, and social programming. You’ll also spend time off-court promoting programs, supporting coaches, and ensuring a consistently high-energy experience. We’re looking for an organized, people-first leader who thrives in a team environment and brings passion to developing the next generation of players.
