The Junior Tennis Coordinator serves as the captain of fun, energy, and engagement for our junior program (ages 3–18), creating a welcoming, social environment where kids are excited to play, improve, and connect. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of the junior tennis program—delivering high-quality instruction through group classes and private lessons, while also leading and developing coaches to ensure consistency and energy on court. You’ll build strong relationships with players and families, drive program growth through outreach and promotions, and plan events, tournaments, and social programming that bring the courts to life. We’re looking for an energetic, people-first leader with strong communication and organizational skills, a passion for junior development, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
