The Adult Tennis Coordinator is the driver of energy, connection, and community within our adult tennis program—creating a welcoming, social environment where players of all levels can compete, improve, and build relationships on and off the court.
In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of adult programming, including USTA team practices, cardio tennis, and instructional classes, while ensuring a high-quality and engaging experience across the board. You’ll manage scheduling based on member feedback, train and develop coaches to deliver consistent and dynamic sessions, and drive program growth through outreach and relationship-building. You’ll also bring the community to life by planning and executing at least two adult events each month that create connection, excitement, and lasting engagement. We’re looking for an organized, energetic leader with strong communication skills, a passion for adult programming, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends while delivering a fun, high-quality tennis experience.
