About The Position

As a Technical Solutions Manager, you’ll help companies across Canada and the U.S. turn complex technical and financial information into clear, well-supported R&D tax credit claims. You’ll own assigned claims and deliverables from discovery through documentation, working within Boast’s established processes and drawing on internal expertise when more complex questions arise. This is an early-career opportunity with meaningful responsibility. You’ll communicate directly with clients, manage competing priorities, analyze technical and financial information, and translate complex projects into accurate, compelling claim narratives. As you grow, you’ll build expertise in SR&ED and other government funding programs while developing your judgment as a trusted technical and client-facing professional. This role is ideal for a recent STEM graduate or early-career technical professional who is curious, analytical, comfortable asking thoughtful questions, and excited to take ownership of meaningful client work.
