Requirements

1 – 3 years of experience.
Some corporate, M&A, and international tax experience at a law firm.
Superior academic credentials.
Intellectual rigor.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
Must be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam in that state.
