This individual will be a current or a graduated post-secondary student enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related program and seeking hands-on experience in an IT operations environment. This individual will support healthcare and non-healthcare customer accounts and will gain exposure to help desk support, case resolution, and Microsoft technologies. Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server is considered beneficial. You will gain exposure to best-of-breed infrastructure, data protection, and cloud technologies while developing foundational skills in customer support, systems administration, and operational processes. Some flexibility in work hours may be required to accommodate a 24x7 support environment.
