Responsibility for providing all necessary Systems Administrator requirements to the IT Department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Responsibilities include maintaining and servicing the company's information systems, as well as managing the distribution of computers, printers, and other peripheral equipment. Oversee Microsoft Windows applications and systems, ensuring proper installation and maintenance of the organization's local area network hardware and software. Handles troubleshooting, router maintenance, user access control, password resets, email setup, system assessments, backups, and restores. Train, schedule, and provide directions for Technicians as needed or as directed by Department Director or Systems Administrator. Maintains technology policies, standards, checklists, and procedures while overseeing inventory procurement and disposal. Ensures software licensing compliance, tracks software versions, maintains logs, mitigates IT risks. Keeps networks, workstations, operating systems, and applications running smoothly, ensuring timely updates, patches, and circuit functionality per vendor requirements. Maintain user security and email accounts for the business, gaming and tribal business networks. Provide support for switching and routing technology, disaster recovery, network and resource security. Provides technical supervision of IT department staff and oversees the day-to-day activities. Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
