About The Position

The Andrews Stylist plays an essential role with their passion for delivering our Styling USP to our clients online as well as offline. Excelling in client development and a firm believer in continuous personal development; the Andrews Stylist actively seeks new ways to engage the customer via virtual channels or in-store. This role involves styling, sales, and service, focusing on client development and delivering expert styling services through personalized clienteling, 1-to-1 appointments, organizing shopping events, and collaborating with the digital team for content creation. The Andrews Stylist is expected to provide exceptional customer service, manage personal sales targets, and continuously develop their knowledge of fashion trends, brands, and vendors. Additionally, they are expected to be a team player, support daily store operations, and collaborate cross-functionally with in-store, back office, and digital teams.

Requirements

  • Digital Literacy (Required)
  • Experience in a retail sales environment
  • Experience in apparel preferred
  • Inventory management
  • Microsoft 365 Suite: Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Performance and metric driven high-achiever
  • Retail sales techniques and skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Andrews Styling USP to clients online and offline.
  • Engage customers via virtual channels or in-store.
  • Provide expert styling services through personalized clienteling.
  • Conduct 1-to-1 prebooked or walk-in client appointments in-store.
  • Organize and facilitate client and/or private shopping events.
  • Coordinate and create content with the in-house digital team.
  • Provide transformational shopping experiences with a focus on customer service.
  • Manage personal sales and performance targets.
  • Develop knowledge of fashion trends, Andrews brand, and Andrews vendors.
  • Support the broader team by contributing to in-store and company-wide events, promotions, and initiatives.
  • Assist with daily tasks in the store and ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
  • Collaborate with the in-store team, back office, and digital teams.
