Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is looking for a Café Boulud Junior Sous Chef who shares our passion for food and cooking and is willing to learn from and contribute to our culinary team. Our Junior Sous Chef will be a key leader of a dynamic culinary team providing memorable culinary experiences to our guests. This position reports to the Chef de Cuisine. The Café Boulud Junior Sous Chef will assist in leading the day to day operation of the Café Boulud Kitchen. This includes training, quality controls inspection, menu creation, food safety assurance and supervising all Kitchen personal in order to ensure the highest standards of food quality.
