Junior Social Media & Community Manager (AI Software)
About The Position
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers. We are building a next-generation AI-powered IDE â Quadcode.ai â designed to transform the way people create and interact with software and design. The platform provides a powerful, fully integrated environment where users can build code, design, images, audio, video, and complex digital products â all while AI helps analyze context, automate workflows, and accelerate production. Our product is already live on the market, has attracted its first paying users, and we are now focused on scaling, improving the experience, and accelerating growth. To help us grow awareness and build a strong community, weâre looking for a creative and driven Junior SMM who can support our social media efforts and help us grow in developer and AI communities. Youâll help create engaging video content, support campaigns, grow our presence on YouTube, Twitter/X, Discord and Reddit, and join conversations that spread awareness about the product. If youâre passionate about tech and AI, understand how social platforms work, and want to grow together with a product that redefines the developer experience, this role is for you. Important: this is not an internship role. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of hands-on commercial SMM experience. Join us to build the next generation of software tools together!
Requirements
- 1+ year of commercial experience in SMM, content, community management, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of major social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
- Confident English copywriting skills, particularly in short-form formats (posts, comments, threads).
- Experience in managing Twitter/X.
- Basic experience with video creation/editing and visual content production.
- Strong interest in technology, AI, and developer products.
- Ability to work in a structured way, learn quickly, and execute tasks accurately.
- Proactive attitude, creativity, and willingness to grow under the guidance of a Senior SMM.
- Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken).
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with developer and AI communities.
- Experience with Reddit, Discord, YouTube, Telegram.
- Experience using AI-tools.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of engaging video content showcasing the software (short-form and long-form).
- Help manage and grow our presence on YouTube, Reddit, Twitter/X, and other social platforms.
- Assist in creating social media posts, memes, and campaign ideas for developers and AI enthusiasts.
- Participate in community engagement: monitor discussions, reply to comments, answer questions, and escalate important feedback.
- Track the performance of posts and campaigns, prepare simple reports, and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with the Senior SMM and product team to communicate new features and updates.
- Help with content publishing, coordination, and day-to-day community management tasks.
