As a Social Media Manager, you will lead the growth of ConsumerAffairs’ organic social presence, with a primary focus on building and scaling our organic video strategy. This role sits at the intersection of content, brand, and audience growth, and will be responsible for developing and executing social-first content strategies that expand our reach, strengthen our brand voice, and drive engagement across platforms. You will lead the development of our organic video presence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, translating our data studies, consumer insights, and editorial content into compelling, shareable social content. This is an opportunity to build and shape ConsumerAffairs’ voice on social, helping grow our audience and establish the brand as a trusted, recognizable presence across emerging platforms. You will take ownership of social content ideation, experiment with new formats and trends, and collaborate closely with writers, researchers, and the broader content team to bring our stories to life in engaging ways. You’ll combine creativity with performance data to identify what resonates with audiences and continuously refine and optimize our strategy. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social platforms, content trends, and audience behavior, along with experience creating and managing organic social content—particularly short-form video. You stay ahead of platform trends, enjoy testing new ideas, and thrive in fast-paced environments focused on growth and experimentation.
