Net2phone, a rapidly growing division of IDT, is seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator to manage its Salesforce instance. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of managing Salesforce.com instances, including creating process flows, automating tasks and emails, and developing custom reports and dashboards. This role involves serving as a team contributor alongside the primary system administrator for a Salesforce.com environment supporting over 300 users. Key responsibilities include executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the CRM platform. Although initially a temporary position, it has the potential to become permanent after 4 to 6 months, depending on performance.IDT is a Communications and Money Transfer company established in 1990 and headquartered in Newark, New Jersey. Requirements

  • Top-notch project management skills and a can-do attitude
  • Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
  • At least one year of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator or developer
  • Mastery of Salesforce.com best practices and functionalities
  • Background of driving projects to success

Nice To Haves

  • ADM 201 and Developer certifications preferred
  • Proficiency in Spanish preferred
  • Experience with APEX development is a Plus
  • Agile environment experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with leadership from all departments as well as subject matter experts to analyze, create, and implement new processes or automate existing ones
  • Work with custom objects / Apex development
  • Ensure basic administrative functions like user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
  • Manage data feeds and other integrations
