About The Position

Golden West Collision Center is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Junior Sales Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and phone skills who is looking to build a career in the automotive industry. Prior collision repair experience is not required, as training will be provided to the right candidate. The position involves learning various aspects of the business, including customer service, sales, CCC, RingCentral, Body Shop Booster, estimating support, and the collision repair business. There is potential for growth into sales, estimating, and other responsibilities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and return missed calls.
• Follow up with potential customers and open estimates.
• Help convert inquiries into appointments and repair opportunities.
• Schedule estimates and vehicle drop-offs.
• Respond to online customer leads.
• Log customer calls and follow-up opportunities in CCC.
• Use RingCentral to monitor and return missed calls.
• Assist customers with vehicle check-in and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up notes.
• Work closely with estimators and management.
• Learn the collision repair and insurance claim process.
