About The Position

Golden West Collision Center is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Junior Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and phone skills who wants to build a career in the automotive industry. Collision repair experience is not required. We will train the right person. This is more than a traditional front-desk position. You will learn customer service, sales, CCC, RingCentral, Body Shop Booster, estimating support, and the collision repair business. For the right person, there is an opportunity to grow into sales, estimating, and additional responsibilities within Golden West.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and return missed calls.
• Follow up with potential customers and open estimates.
• Help convert inquiries into appointments and repair opportunities.
• Schedule estimates and vehicle drop-offs.
• Respond to online customer leads.
• Log customer calls and follow-up opportunities in CCC.
• Use RingCentral to monitor and return missed calls.
• Assist customers with vehicle check-in and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up notes.
• Work closely with estimators and management.
• Learn the collision repair and insurance claim process.
