About The Position

Glade AI believes legal professionals and service providers deserve technology that makes their work easier. Their AI-driven platform simplifies business workflows, reduces manual effort, and removes confusion, allowing firms to focus on delivering greater impact to their clients. They build practice management software specifically for consumer bankruptcy attorneys, automating time-consuming tasks from client intake through case filing. Glade AI is experiencing rapid growth and is building its sales team to match this expansion. This is the first sales hire, offering an opportunity to join at the ground floor, learn an established successful sales process, and take on significant responsibility as the company scales. The role involves owning follow-up and outreach, gradually taking on demo responsibilities as platform mastery is achieved, with the goal of running a full quota by Q1 2027. This is a unique chance to join a small sales team at a company with proven product-market fit, a specialized niche, and a clear trajectory for individual contribution.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in a sales, account management, or customer-facing role
  • Understanding of sales pipelines
  • Comfortable on video calls with professionals
  • Takes pride in follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to represent Glade confidently with attorneys and firm owners
  • Organized and self-directed
  • Ability to track own follow-ups without constant reminders
  • Genuine curiosity about the legal industry and the problems small law firms face
  • Comfortable learning software products deeply and explaining them clearly to non-technical buyers
  • AI-native: uses AI tools in day-to-day work for research, writing, call preparation, or organization

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to or working within legal technology, legal services, or professional services
  • Familiarity with bankruptcy law or consumer financial services
  • Experience with CRM tools — HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

Responsibilities

  • Learn the Glade platform end-to-end — how it works, why firms buy it, and how we talk about it
  • Own follow-up and outreach sequences for every prospect in the pipeline
  • Shadow demos daily and take notes to accelerate your ramp
  • Maintain and update CRM records so the pipeline is always clean and current
  • Identify and research prospective bankruptcy law firms across our target markets
  • Build and run your own outbound prospecting sequences — 5 to 10 sequenced accounts per week from day one
  • Run your own product demos for qualified prospects
  • Manage a portion of the inbound and outbound pipeline independently
  • Contribute to NACBA conference preparation and follow-up (October 2026)
  • Surface objections and product gaps to the team so we can close them
