About The Position

About the role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Representative to join our team in Orange, TX or Pasadena, TX. In this role, you will work closely with senior sales leaders to support account management, drive new business development, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring professional to gain hands-on field experience, develop deep industry knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of our sales operations

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in an inside sales or support role, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Working knowledge of electromechanical equipment, including pumps, motors, generators, or industrial repair services.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to visit client sites, attend trade events, or shadow field sales representatives.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a vehicle to visit customer locations as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • A degree is preferred but not required; we value hands-on experience and aptitude.
  • You are as comfortable explaining technical solutions over the phone as you are planning to eventually present them in person.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior sales representatives in managing and growing assigned customer accounts
  • Conduct customer visits alongside senior team members to build relationships and gain field experience
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities through prospecting, site visits, and customer engagement
  • Support preparation of quotes and proposals, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
  • Participate in project-related communications, including status updates and coordination with customers, operations, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline and customer activities in D365 and Salesforce
  • Help coordinate customer visits, facility tours, and test runs (e.g., TDI, inspections)
  • Collaborate with inside sales and operations to support order processing, delivery timelines, and customer expectations
  • Attend sales meetings, production/WIP meetings, and contribute to action tracking and follow-ups
