About The Position

United Contractor Services is a leading specialty subcontractor in North America, recognized for its growth and commitment to quality. We are expanding our safety team and seeking an early-career safety professional to join us. This role is a hands-on, field-based position focused on maintaining safety compliance, training employees and subcontractors, and fostering a strong safety culture across job sites. The position requires a blend of office and field work, with regular out-of-state travel expected.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a construction safety role.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish fluency is required.
• Willingness and availability to travel out of state on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with consistent, quality-driven safety leadership across assigned project sites.
• Carry out the daily implementation and monitoring of all company safety programs.
• Facilitate onsite training for crews and subcontractors and coordinate recurring safety workshops.
