Lynch Consultants is seeking a Junior Risk Management Analyst with a solid understanding of risk management, internal controls, audit support, financial management, business process improvement who is ready to take on meaningful challenges and make a measurable difference. Salary: $59,000 - $63,000 (commensurate with experience) Work Location and Schedule: This position is located in Joint Base Andrews. Associates are required to be on-site 5 days per week. Requirements
- MUST have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, public administration, information systems, or a related field.
- MUST have an active DoD Secret clearance.
- MUST have 2+ years of relevant experience in risk management, internal controls, audit support, financial management, business process improvement, or a related area.
- MUST have experience supporting federal clients, preferably within DoD or Air Force environments
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting Air Force or broader DoD clients.
- Familiarity with federal internal control or audit frameworks.
- Experience with process mapping, control documentation, or remediation tracking.
- Exposure to tools such as ServiceNow, eGRC, dashboards, or reporting platforms.
- Experience turning large or messy data into clear reports or summaries.
- Familiarity with financial management, acquisition, logistics, property, or related mission-support functions.
