About The Position

Lynch Consultants is seeking a Junior Risk Management Analyst with a solid understanding of risk management, internal controls, audit support, financial management, and business process improvement. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, public administration, information systems, or a related field.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in risk management, internal controls, audit support, financial management, business process improvement, or a related area.
• Experience supporting federal clients, preferably within DoD or Air Force environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting Air Force or broader DoD clients.
• Familiarity with federal internal control or audit frameworks.
• Experience with process mapping, control documentation, or remediation tracking.
• Exposure to tools such as ServiceNow, eGRC, dashboards, or reporting platforms.
• Experience turning large or messy data into clear reports or summaries.
• Familiarity with financial management, acquisition, logistics, property, or related mission-support functions.
