About The Position

Techno is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our Talent & People Operations team. This role will support recruiting efforts across both corporate and field positions and provide an opportunity to grow within Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority, and high volume requisitions at a time.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Indeed preferred.
• AEC industry recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements.
• Post and maintain job openings across recruiting platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Support recruiting reports, trackers, and other projects as needed.
