Responsibilities

Identify and engage top talent across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences industries.
Build relationships with candidates through outreach, networking, and ongoing engagement.
Learn executive search and recruiting methodologies through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience.
Interview and assess candidates while supporting searches for leading life sciences organizations.
Expand your professional network by engaging with industry leaders, executives, and emerging talent.
