About The Position

PCRK Group is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for massage therapists, estheticians, and spa team members. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring spa professionals and guiding candidates through the hiring process. The recruiter will support hiring initiatives and high-volume recruiting needs while collaborating with hiring managers and maintaining candidate records. This is a full-time role in a remote setting. Pay is $40,000–$45,000 annually, depending on experience, with bonus potential.

Requirements

Experience recruiting massage therapists is preferred.
Driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to meet hiring targets.
Strong objection-handling skills when speaking with candidates.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Computer knowledge.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with ATS systems and modern sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

Source and recruit licensed massage therapists and spa professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and local outreach.
Conduct phone screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications.
Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
Support hiring initiatives and high-volume recruiting needs.
Prepare job descriptions, offer letters, and recruitment materials.
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Assist with recruiting- and onboarding-related administrative tasks.
