The Junior Recruiter supports the talent acquisition function by assisting with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process. This role focuses on identifying qualified applicants, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring a smooth and efficient interview experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The recruiter will collaborate closely with the HR team and department leaders to meet hiring needs while maintaining a positive candidate experience. The Junior Recruiter will contribute to recruitment and employment activities, including job postings, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and follow-ups, while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. This position is classified as non-exempt under the provisions of the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act and is eligible for overtime compensation for hours worked over 40 in a work week.
