About The Position

The Service Line “Creative Excellence” supports the development of creativity in all its phases: definition of insights and communication territories, exploration and evaluation of creative ideas and initial-stage executions, screening and validation of creatives before their launch, and effectiveness verification through post-test analysis of planned campaigns. It offers solutions for evaluating individual touchpoints, multi-channel campaigns, and specially developed digital solutions. By applying innovative approaches spanning various disciplines such as neuroscience, passive measurements, and behavioral sciences, we provide consulting guidance for the effectiveness of our clients' campaigns. If you are a creative person who enjoys learning about the strategies behind company advertisements, have a strong interest in corporate communication, and would like to help our clients develop creative and effective campaigns, while undertaking a formative and highly stimulating training path in this field, then we are looking for you!

Requirements

  • Degree preferably in economics with a focus on marketing, communication, or human sciences.
  • Excellent use of the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Checking questionnaires administered to respondents.
  • Defining the research design (choice of suitable methods and techniques, sample design, and target identification).
  • Checking and processing data (statistical tables of survey results).
  • Data analysis and subsequent drafting of reporting with survey results (PPT documents).
  • Interfacing with various internal company divisions to support the correct execution of the research.
