About The Position

Larlyn Property Management is hiring a Junior Property Manager in Edmonton. This role is a career change opportunity for strong administrative professionals who are organized, people-focused, and enjoy problem-solving. The company will support training, courses, and licensing, while providing hands-on experience from day one. The position involves supporting Property Managers with daily operations of residential/commercial properties, communicating with stakeholders, coordinating maintenance, assisting with administrative tasks, and learning property portfolio management.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of administrative, customer service, or office experience
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to work with people
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (required for site visits)
  • Willingness to complete required licensing (RECA) with company support

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Property Managers with day-to-day operations of residential/commercial properties
  • Communicating with residents, owners, and board members
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and working with contractors
  • Assisting with reports, documentation, and general administration
  • Supporting meetings with exposure to how condominium operations are managed
  • Learning how to manage a property portfolio over time
