About The Position

Join a dynamic team driving large-scale Siemens Teamcenter PLM transformation programs for leading global organizations including PLM implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives. This role is focused on project execution, delivery management, stakeholder coordination, governance, and risk management. Candidates should be strong project leaders capable of driving complex, cross-functional programs involving business, engineering, IT, and vendor teams. In this role, you will lead strategic Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives that help engineering and business teams improve collaboration, streamline processes, and accelerate innovation. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution of Teamcenter implementation and enhancement programs. While familiarity with Teamcenter PLM or engineering systems is beneficial, the focus is on delivery leadership and execution, driving execution, stakeholder alignment, governance, and successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• 3 - 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex enterprise technology, transformation, or engineering-related programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams, and competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Strong expertise in project planning, resource coordination, risk management, and overall delivery governance.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging both technical teams and senior business leaders.
• Demonstrated success working with external vendors, implementation partners, and geographically distributed teams.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), CAD integrations, or related engineering systems is highly desirable.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certifications are preferred and considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects, ensuring quality execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Coordinate business, engineering, IT, and third-party vendor teams to drive seamless collaboration and ensure successful program execution.
• Facilitate project governance activities, including executive reporting, stakeholder communications, steering committee meetings, and status reviews.
• Oversee testing, deployment readiness, cutover planning, and go-live activities to ensure smooth transitions and successful implementations.
• Proactively identify project risks, issues, and roadblocks, and drive timely resolution through effective stakeholder engagement and management.
• Build strong relationships across technical and business teams while fostering alignment, accountability, and a results-oriented delivery culture.
