About The Position

At Capgemini Engineering, we are seeking experienced Junior Project Managers to lead Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives. This role is focused on project execution, delivery management, stakeholder coordination, governance, and risk management. Candidates should be strong project leaders capable of driving complex, cross-functional programs involving business, engineering, IT, and vendor teams. The goal is to deliver Teamcenter PLM initiatives on schedule, within scope, and with clear stakeholder alignment while providing strong project governance and execution leadership. This is a Project Management role, not a Technical Lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME) position. PLM domain knowledge is beneficial, but the primary focus is delivery leadership and execution.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of project management experience delivering complex enterprise initiatives for Teamcenter.
• Strong planning, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs and multiple workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution, manage risks, and deliver projects successfully.
• Experience working with external vendors and implementation partners.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to build alignment across teams.
• Comfortable working across business and technical organizations.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline.
• Proactive problem solver who can manage competing priorities and complex dependencies.
• Thrives in fast-paced transformation environments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting Siemens Teamcenter PLM or other engineering systems programs.
• Familiarity with PLM, Product Data Management (PDM), CAD integrations, or digital engineering environments.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation, data migration, or technology modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Teamcenter PLM projects and enhancements.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Coordinate business, engineering, IT, and vendor teams to ensure successful execution.
• Drive project governance, stakeholder communications, and executive status reporting.
• Manage testing, deployment readiness, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies.
