About The Position
Ever walked into a hotel and thought, “I wonder how all of this came together?” Better yet… do you want to be part of making it happen? We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, learn fast, and help bring hotel projects to life—from renovations and upgrades to behind-the-scenes improvements that keep everything running smoothly. If you’re organized, proactive, and love seeing a plan turn into reality… this could be your lane.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, construction, or project coordination
- Strong organization skills—you love a checklist and a timeline
- Clear communication—you can keep everyone aligned and informed
- A proactive mindset—you don’t wait, you move
- Comfort being onsite in active hotels and construction environments
- A valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to hotel operations or renovations
- Can read construction plans (or are excited to learn)
Responsibilities
- Manage hotel projects from planning through completion
- Be onsite—walking properties, checking progress, and keeping things moving
- Work alongside contractors, engineers, and hotel teams to get it done right
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, and vendor timelines
- Track progress and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Help sequence work so hotels can keep running (guests always come first!)
- Organize project docs—punch lists, reports, proposals, approvals
- Keep communication flowing between GMs, vendors, and stakeholders
- Make sure everyone knows what’s happening and what’s next
- Identify issues early and help drive solutions
- Support risk mitigation and keep projects moving forward
- Learn to read plans and scopes (we’ll teach you what you don’t know)
- Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and brand partners (Hilton, Marriott, IHG + more)
- Support bidding, onboarding, and compliance with brand standards
