About The Position

Sigma Defense is seeking a Junior Project Manager to organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of technical projects. This is a contingent position pending award of contract, meaning the role is subject to the successful awarding of a contract and will be confirmed once the contract is finalized. Requirements

5+ years of progressive experience in managing technical projects in a military hardware/software development environment.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Accounting, Program Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field of study.
5 additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement.

Nice To Haves

MA/MS/MBA from an accredited college or university & PMP Certification may be substituted for 2 years of experience.
Experience in DoW (preferably Army) vehicle integration work is preferred.

Responsibilities

Interface with government personnel.
Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards.
Interpret technical requirements for specific project based activities.
Manage logistics support analysis for military systems.
Manage systems safety studies.
Identify, acquire and utilize company resources to achieve project technical objectives.
