The Junior Project Manager will serve as a key communication and relationship liaison between M3, its clients, and internal teams, managing all aspects of international market research projects to ensure client satisfaction and project success within budget and on time. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in international healthcare market research and fieldwork coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage international market research projects through their entire lifecycle, focusing on client satisfaction and project financial goals.
  • Oversee project specifications review, setup, resource planning, fieldwork, and timeline planning.
  • Coordinate project kickoff meetings to ensure all parties understand project details, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Manage programming, translations, overlays, and testing to meet quality standards and timelines.
  • Execute project launch and analysis, providing detailed feedback and solutions to clients.
  • Manage fieldwork, deliver timely client updates, and proactively monitor recruitment for smooth and timely project delivery.
  • Maximize internal sample, custom recruitment, and partner onboarding while controlling project budgets.
  • Ensure a positive project experience for market research participants by following sampling practices and handling incentive approvals and queries promptly.
  • Deliver agreed-upon client deliverables within expected timelines and quality standards.
  • Meet billing deadlines and goals, adhering to internal processes.
  • Partner with Senior Project Managers and/or Project Directors on complex projects, assisting with daily tasks, attending meetings, and taking notes.
  • Provide project coverage when the partnering project manager is out of the office.
  • Proactively seek guidance from senior team members and management for training and performance needs.
  • Comply with M3’s operating procedures and ensure practices follow ISO Accreditation and M3 policies.
  • Manage and leverage vendor relationships for accurate and timely deliverables, communication, and issue resolution.
  • Partner with Sales and Client Service teams to address issues and recommend performance improvements.
  • Support the execution of client service improvement plans on allocated accounts.
  • Design and request multichannel recruitment methodologies for allocated projects.
