About The Position

Strategic MindZ LLC is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support technology and business initiatives across multiple concurrent projects. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in Agile environments along with strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Success in this role calls for someone proactive, adaptable, and technically inclined, who is comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
2–3 years of project coordination or project management experience
Working knowledge of Jira, Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and story point estimation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience creating presentations and technical or business documentation
Familiarity with AI productivity tools and modern collaboration platforms
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

Support project planning, coordination, and execution across multiple initiatives
Track deliverables and timelines within Agile and Scrum environments
Manage tasks and workflows in Jira
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
Assist with story point estimation and sprint tracking
Produce professional presentations, project documentation, reports, and meeting summaries
Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, research, and workflow efficiency
Communicate clearly with stakeholders, leadership, and project teams
Maintain organized records of project activities, action items, and deliverables
Help identify project risks, blockers, and process improvement opportunities
