Requirements

  • Experience supporting government programs
  • Experience supporting proposal development, business development, capture management, or growth activities.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
  • Experience supporting AI, automation
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Project, Jira, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as POC for Cross Program cost analysis, metrics tracking, customer communications, and deliverable management.
  • Tracks cross program dependencies, risks, action items, and milestones.
  • Facilitate communication between program managers, technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and briefings.
  • Monitor program performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support program reviews, customer meetings, and operational planning activities.
  • Serve as Proposal Manager or Deputy Proposal Manager for strategic opportunities and recompetes.
  • Support development of proposal artifacts such as BOEs, CAM Inputs, FFQs, etc.
  • Track proposal milestones, risks, deliverables, and review outcomes to ensure on-time, compliant submissions.
  • Assist Program Managers in developing growth strategies and identifying opportunities for expansion within existing contracts.
  • Coordinate AI-related projects and initiatives across business and technical teams.
  • Track AI use cases, pilots, implementation activities, and adoption metrics.
  • Monitor AI initiative progress, risks, resource needs, and outcomes.
  • Support development of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies to improve operational effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Organize and facilitate recurring meetings, working groups, and leadership reviews.
  • Document decisions, action items, and follow-up activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program execution through automation, standardization, and process optimization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, templates, and workflow solutions.
  • Coordinate implementation of operational improvements that reduce administrative burden and increase program performance.
  • Support resource planning, workload management, and process improvement initiatives across programs.
