Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • 3-7 years of Gas Turbine Product Management experience.
  • Must read, write and speak fluent English.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
  • Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong technical background with understanding of hardware development methodologies, design, manufacturing, and validation principles.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management and driving successful product launches.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical specifications.
  • Assist with defining product features, enhancements, and new product opportunities, working closely with engineering, supply chain, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Assist with managing the product development process, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, setting deadlines and timelines, risk management, and ensuring that the product is delivered on time and within budget. Own product KPIs and leverage data to make informed decisions, track progress, and report to leadership.
  • Ensure that the product is thoroughly validated and meets quality standards before launch.
  • Possess a strong technical background in rotating equipment, preferably gas turbines, to understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful product execution.
