About The Position

In the role of Program Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating program performance, developing performance metrics, supporting program documentation and reporting, and contributing to backlog refinement, planning activities, and modernization initiatives. This role involves performing program analysis, data analysis, and reporting to assess program performance and support decision-making. You will develop and apply performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for program improvement. Additionally, you will support requirements analysis, documentation, and reporting related to program risks, issues, and status. Assistance with backlog refinement, PI planning, and roadmap updates for EDI and modernization initiatives is also a key part of this role, as is preparing technical documents, reports, and stakeholder communication materials.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in healthcare payer program management.
  • Bachelor's degree in BA or BS
  • Proven/extensive experience in a large-scale integrated healthcare system with focus on Veterans healthcare and outreach.
  • U.S. Citizenship or naturalized citizenship is required for this position.
  • All work on all positions at Signature Performance must be completed in the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Responsibilities
